Dear Monroe Families,
I hope it was a great week of school, activities, and relationships. With just over 30 days left in the school year, we’re feeling grateful for the continued support and collaboration from our amazing Mustang families.
Our students are making it, and you should be incredibly proud as parents and guardians. Thank you for your steadfast support, communication, and collaboration—it’s been felt in so many ways throughout the year and continues to make a lasting impact.
We also recognize that this time of year can feel stressful. The end of the year gets real—grades get real, and the emotions of closure get real too. Your continued encouragement at home makes a big difference. As we approach the finish line, your partnership in helping students stay the course, demonstrate positive behaviors, and follow school-wide expectations is deeply appreciated. Together, we can ensure a smooth, safe, and successful end to the year for every Mustang.
Shoutouts this week:
The Track and Field Team for their amazing effort and sportsmanship in their meet against Cal Young—way to go, Mustangs.
Our AVID 8 students for representing us so well during their visit to the University of Oregon—they explored college life with curiosity, confidence, and Mustang pride!
All of our 6th and 7th graders who did a fantastic job with forecasting for next year’s classes—your thoughtful choices and readiness for the year ahead are impressive!
Enjoy the weekend with all sorts of festivities in our area- check them out as you’re able (Eugene Marathon, Oregon Football Spring Game, Ducks baseball games vs the Beavers, and more)! The forecast is looking great!
